Coordinator Civil and Programme management (Contract based)
The Job
- Coordinate with external contractor companies and assist in tracking, monitoring, and following up on Infrastructure development & Power Acquisition projects with the timely preparation of project progress reports
- Validate the Bills of Quantities (BoQs) & Purchase orders against the External Contractor Invoices pertaining to the Infrastructure
development & Power Projects - Coordinate with inter-department such as Technical, and Finance to ensure timely execution of contracts and payments in connection to
government authorities and contractor companies - Coordinate with Site Sharing team to ensure timely execution of sharing power approvals of other operators
- Coordinate with Ceylon Electricity Board to ensure timely execution of New Power Connections on the New Sharing and Own Sites
The Person
- Diploma in project management/ civil engineering
- A Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
- 1-2 years experience in contractor management/project coordinating
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office package (MS Excel is essential)
