HR Assistant

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated & dynamic individual with a pleasing personality to join the Bellose family. We are a European-based professional Hair Care manufacturing company engaged in providing professional, innovative & ultimate Hair Care solutions & other allied products to our customers.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the above post to be placed in our ultra-modern factory/office located in Gelanigama, Bandaragama.
Our normal working days are from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Full or Part professional qualification in HRM from CIPM/ recognized Institute
• Possess at least 1-year work experience in a similar capacity and preference will be given for those who have worked in an HRIS environment
• Be less than 27 years of age and be able to work long hours as and when required
• Be able to work with minimum supervision with great professionalism
• Have good oral and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English; Tamil is an advantage
• Should be a confident, dynamic team player with a positive attitude to build a career
