Ayurveda Doctor

As the Ayurveda Doctor, you will be expected to help our valued guests maintain a healthy lifestyle, eliminate impurities, reduce stress, and fight disease through services ranging from massage* dietary advice, complementary or alternative medicine and other techniques that will lead to their eventual well-being.

Essential Job Requirements:
• Perform consultations to guests as per Ayurveda philosophy and practice

• Educate on subject (Ayurveda etc) all guests seeking the same

• Conduct group lessons as per agreed requirements / special occasions / requests

• A professional record keeping must be followed—Guest records / personal details and any and all relevant files. Hard copies / soft copies as per legal and Resort requirements

• Ensure privacy policies are followed as per requirement and strictly implemented

• All standards of consultation—questions to examination are performed as per legal and resort standards and signed copies maintained as per standards.

• All follow ups must be recorded and explained to the guest satisfaction.

• All prescriptions must be as per legal standards and follow formats as agreed with SPA Manager

Non-Essential Job Requirements:
• Perform consultations to guests as per Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy and practice.

• Conduct Yoga lessons as per agreed schedules for guests and staff

Qualifications
• Certificate from Ayurveda Medical Council of Sri Lanka is a MUST

• Knowledge and experience m drawing Wellness packages to guest

• Experience in a ayurvedic SPA and good command of English language

• Immediate employment.
