AYA is Sri Lanka’s newest model agency. We have high aspirations and strong ambitions to position ourselves as a leading player in the industry. We are looking for a Model Manager to take an important position in our team.

The Role and Key Task

• Recruit, train, and develop models
• Identify clients and enter agreements to supply our services to them
• Receive and handle bookings of models and coordinate with finance and marketing departments
• Participate in photo shoots, video shoots, fashion shows, and other events internationally
• Commence research on current industry trends and apply the knowledge to develop our business

Personal Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Administration/Fashion / Marketing or related field
• Fluent in English
• Hard-working, Flexible & Tolerant
• Pleasing personality for effective communication
• Prior experience at a modeling agency will be an added advantage
• Female Applicants between the ages of 30-40 are encouraged to apply
