Technical Support Engineer
Looking for technical support engineers for our support team to extend services to end-users for applications and infrastructure hosted on the cloud environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Industrial exposure as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, Java with Spring boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Oracle/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, React, NodeJS
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
Monitoring and Tracking application/platforms/system for issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits (SLA)
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues and cater service request
Maintain knowledge repositories (SOP, WI, KB Articles, whitepapers) and deliver knowledge share sessions
Analysis of an issues in Problem Management system
Incident and service request management related customer communication
