System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify business requirement
• Drive for delivery within committed timelines
• Documentation of the process
• Identify gaps in current implementations
• Define KPIs and develop reporting to track metrics across processes to measure the health of the business, risk areas, and impact of improvement initiatives
• Identify gaps in current implementations, conclude policy decisions targeting simplified workflow, conclude requirements targeting to meet expectations and documentation
• Conclude policy decisions targeting simplified workflow

Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:

• 2 – 6+ years of experience in an analyst’ position (business, process, systems, functional, etc)
• Previous project experience as ‘Implementation Engineer’with customer-facing exposure is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Management (Master’s degree would be an added advantage)
• Sound knowledge on APIs (Documentation, Execution, Testing)
• Experience in Agile practice
• Experience in Database tools & SQL statements
• Experience in Mobile App and Web Knowledge
