What we are looking for

• Individuals with a burning desire for success and an attitude to back it up
• 5 years of RCM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of denial resolution and appeals
• Uncompromising understanding of healthcare compliance
• Ability to work from home and office
• Background in business intelligence and Tableau is an added advantage
• Academic qualifications are not mandatory, only an advantage
