ASSISTANT MANAGER-FINANCE-: Base Location: Horana

JOB PROFILE

• Assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee daily operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain effective internal control systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial efficiency and cost control.
• Support audits and ensure accurate financial records.
  
• QUALIFICATION
• Minimum partial qualification in CA, LIMA, or ACCA, along with a degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
