Assistant Manager Customer Service & Logistic

Requirements

Our client is one of the leading Steel Manufacturing companies which is located in Sapugaskanda

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 03-05 years of experience in a Similar Capacity.
  • Familiar with ERP System
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Manage supplier relations & database as well as maintain high ethical relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer order entry process efficiently.
  • Handle walking customer inquiries
  • Coordinate Transportation & logistics to ensure timely & accurate delivery of goods.
  • Prepare reports and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer demands and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain processes
  • Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve performance goals.
