Assistant Manager Customer Service & Logistic
Requirements
Our client is one of the leading Steel Manufacturing companies which is located in Sapugaskanda
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 03-05 years of experience in a Similar Capacity.
- Familiar with ERP System
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Manage supplier relations & database as well as maintain high ethical relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer order entry process efficiently.
- Handle walking customer inquiries
- Coordinate Transportation & logistics to ensure timely & accurate delivery of goods.
- Prepare reports and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer demands and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain processes
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve performance goals.
