Trainee DevOps Engineer

Arithmos (Pvt) Ltd is a BigData/Hadoop service provider in Colombo. Our client is one of the largest insurance companies on Wall Street with an extended offshore BigData / DevOps team based in Colombo.

We are looking for young talented individuals with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and eager to work as DevOps Engineers. We will train you in necessary technological skills during the training period and employ you as Associate DevOps Engineers at the completion of the training period.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in any one of the following fields Computer science, Information technology, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or equivalent academic qualification.
• Any Diploma in computer, software, Linux, or similar discipline will be an added advantage but not required.

Experience

Not required, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Analytical skills

Optional skills:

• Programming skills in any language
• Familiarly with Linux/Unix Operating systems
• Familiarity with Bigdata/Hadoop technologies
