Application Support Engineer

We at Aexis Medical are looking for highly competent and motivated Application Support Engineers to join our ranks

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least one years experience in the software industry as a QA Engineer or IT support engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Software Engineering or any similar discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Encellent understanding and practical exposure to the software development life cycle.
• Database knowledge in MS SQ server and oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to deal with challenging solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication in English skills.
• Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
• Working experience in Jira will be an added advantage.
• Report and follow up on issue tickets.
• Taking ownership of Aexis Medical software technical issues and working with our development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
