appiGo is a rapidly growing tech company that allows merchants to set up their own ecommerce web store with payment gateway facility. This ecommerce webstore allows merchants to be visible to customers at all times, stand out from the competition and cultivate customer Loyalty.
- Help customer to have a smooth onboarding experience to appiGo
- Carefully set up the menu’s of customers in the system.
- Take on a newly-activated accounts and begin nurturing relationships
- Be responsible in developing and managing customer portfolios throughout the customer lifecycle
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyze customer health and set up goals to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations and training for customers.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
