Accountable to the Senior Human Resources Manager on company achievement of HR Objectives offering the best-improved HR services to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Responsible for administrating CSR & Compliance of the organization while liaising with HODs
- Conducting disciplinary procedures and being the liaison while attending to LT matters when required
- Prepare and update employee processes and HR policies from time to time
- Being the custodian of all HR reports, which are requested from both global & local entities
- Maintaining and updating monthly HR KPIs while liaising with team members
- Assist HRM in any other assigned duties
Key Position Requirements
Education
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Job Experience
- Preferred 02 years experience in HR /industrial relations
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional members
- Fluency in Sinhala & English
- Prior experience in HR Analytics will be an added advantage
- Organizing, planning & communication skills with cross-functional teams
