Supervisor Administration

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess a GCE (AIL) and a part qualification in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity is essential to perform this role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound knowledge of MS Office package
• The ability to work in a team and the ability to meet deadlines are key competencies sought

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing overtime schedules
• Preparing salaries, EPF, ETF, and payroll of minor staff
• Preparing Letter of Appointments, contract extension letters, etc. of minor staff
• Assisting in welfare activities of minor staff
