ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Collect cost information and maintain a project wise expenses database. Preparation of Monthly and Annual Financial Statements.
• Prepare annually/monthly budget and cash flow for the company/each project.
• Attending and arranging Tax related statements and payments.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annually cost forecasts.
• Attending for the IRD quarries and liaising with external & internal auditors and company secretaries.
• Evaluation & Monitoring of Daily Accounting functions with finance team members.
• Monitoring of Fixed Assets Register Maintenance.
• Assist with corporate income tax computation making other statutory payments by the due dates.
• Timely reviewing of critical business process and introducing risk control plans including SOP.
• Other duties are required/assign. by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting in a recognized university with full or part qualification in CA/ ACCA/CMA/
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant capacity, preferably in the construction and realestate industry
• Should possess a high level of integrity & dependability with a strong sense of urgency and self-driven.
• Exposure to work with BUSY/TALLY/OB accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
