- PROFILE AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Client service consultant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation and technical writing
- Able to work with minimum supervision

- This role is based in Sri Lanka with ability of work from home
