Key Requirements

• Facilitate the clearance process of shipments Liaising with internal stakeholders and external officials

• Support customer queries and provides the required information and guidance needed for the clearance process

• Liaise with relevant regularities on problems relating to duties and shipments

• Comply with the regulatory policies & Procedures

• Maintain records of the clearance process and update customers from time to time with necessary information and requirements Knowledge & Skills

• G.C.E – A/L Qualification

• Custom House Agent Certification with CHA pass

• Ability to work with customs computer systems/ knowledge of customs Imports & Exports procedures/ability work under pressure

• Should have good PR and communication skills

Experience Required

• Minimum 1- 2 years working experience in the similar capacity (Those who haven’t experience can consider for the Trainee position)

• Should have a Valid driving license

• Should be Mate candidate who aged below 40 years
