PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Mintage Aqua Pvt Ltd is a fast growing and innovative manufacturer in the beverage industry, committed to providing high-quality and refreshing bottled drinking water to our consumers. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at our bottling plant located at Egoda watta, Madampe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth production of bottled water while maintaining the highest quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise Production Operations: Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring optimal efficiency, and meeting production targets
• quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality bottled water that meets regulatory standards
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Schedule Management: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing downtime
• Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety in the workplace, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed
• Resource Optimization: Effectively manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing or bottling plant setting Minimum 2 to 3 years in the relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software
• Knowledge in ISO, GMP and HACCP certifications would be an added advantage
