We are looking for an Intern – International Sales (BPO) to join us. We are fully aware of what the market is like now, but we like to think this would be a great opportunity to work in a fantastic working culture with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

1. Introduce and be the main contact for potential prospects, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Communicate services the company offers effectively and strategically, ensuring adherence to guidelines and gaining prospects’ value and interest.
3. Follow up, negotiate, and close sales deals to meet or surpass sales targets and quotas.
4. Generate leads by cold calling and maintain the CRM system.

Required skills:

1. Excellent written and communication skills in English.
2. Dynamic, innovative, and target-driven.
3. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
4. Sales experience will be considered an advantage.
5. Residing around Nugegoda or Kohuwala would be advantageous for eligibility in this role.
