• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within a shipping or logistics environment is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fiesults-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of GenSoft software and tools in the shipping industry is a plus.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop a robust client base within the shipping and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  
• TRADING / FMCG
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in management and sales is a plus
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within Its is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Shipping and Trading sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry players.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
