For Ryn International (Private) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Cool Planet Group. Under the brand names of NICK NACK, we are operating with five showrooms currently with Korean- Styled fast fashion products.

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to Join our team in one of our showrooms for below mentioned position
OUTLET MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Organize all showroom operations and allocate responsibilities to the staff

• Manage and guide staff towards maximum performance in order to achieve monthly sales targets

• Assigning KPIs for staff and staff peering

• Prepare and control the showroom’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency

• Monitor stock levels and purchases

• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the showroom’s reputation and maintain good customer service

• Inspect the areas in the showroom and resolve any issues that might arise

• Plan and oversee In-store promotional events or displays

• Keep well informed of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the showroom.

• Ensure that the showroom fulfills as legal health and safety guidelines

• Manage Inventory and stock clearance

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in Retail

• Knowledge and experience in retail/ sales/ store management best practices in the fashion industry

• Speaking ability in Sinhala and English languages. Speaking in Tamil would be an added advantage

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent organizing, leadership and presentation skills

• Customer management skills

• Good staff management and store management skits

• Experience in working in foreign shopping malls will be an added advantage
