Qualifications & attributes:
■ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of customer care in the healthcare industry
■ Having a Degree/ H ND/ Diploma in Business Management would be an added advantage
■ Smart and dynamic individuals below 35 years of age
■ Good verbal and written communication skills in English
■ A pleasing personality with excellent customer re-lations skills

■ Computer literacy

■ A team player with a positive mind-set and ability to multitask
