Key Responsibilities

• Consistently create new and trending organic content on a weekly basis, support product launches and brand campaigns.

• Develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok.

• Identify and execute content collaborations with influencers that identify with our target audiences.

• Manage and grow Oboes primary social media accounts, instagram and Tik Tok, while also maintaining our presence on Facebook, Pinterest etc.

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Marketing Manager to create and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and overall business objectives.

• Set goals and report on key metrics to measure success and drive decision making on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Provide ad hoc Brand Marketing support (photo shoot prep, collateral development, blogs, etc.)

• Curate and manage asset library and distribution—including company-owned photos and video, as well as third-party partner, Influencer, and UGC assets.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree In Marketing, Communications related field or 30 years social media experience. 2-4 years’ experience in acorporate/agency environment (experience as a digital marketing coordinator is a plus). Experience in social media management and strategy. Strong copywriting skills and detail oriented. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center. Independent creative thinker and able to generate engaging content ideas. Excellent communication skills, including impeccable grammar and outstanding attention to detail MS Office, Gasgle Apps, WordPress proficient Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
