Job Profile

• Provide hair-cutting, services ensuring that skills are current and updated in line with industry standards, advances and trends.
• Manage the environment ensuring maintenance and security of tools and equipment at all times to relevant standards.
• Maintain the workspace ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
• Create and maintain a safe, secure, positive and friendly environment where our customers feel welcomed and respected.
• Up-sell and cross sell other services offered.
  
• Personal Profile
• Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hair Courses.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in using different types of scissors, trimmers and other tools to create hairstyles.
• Ability to communicate with customers and understand a look they want, even if they don’t know the technical terms for a certain style.
• Strong working knowledge of hair care treatments and methods.
• A willingness to learn about new styles and techniques
• Ability to develop your own clientele through social media and customer referrals
