- Job Monitoring and Distribution: Keep an eye on incoming job requests and assign them to suppliers based on location and availability.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other teams.
- Achieve Acceptance Targets: Work with drivers to ensure a positive acceptance rate for job assignments.
- Effective Communication: Share important information with vendors, drivers, and the operations team to ensure smooth job execution.
