SERVICE EXECUTIVE – HOMF APPI IANCES &CONSUMER ELECTRONICS
Kev Responsibilities

Coordinating the service team and ensure the maximum efficiency, of the service team, including technicians and customer support staff & external service franchisee network.

Monitor and report day-to-day operations progress, preparing daily KPI reports.

Maintain friendly communication with suppliers and other relevant stake holders.

Assist and maintain high standards of customer service.

Assist and coordinate training and development for service technicians.

Implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce service turnaround times.

Manage spare parts inventory, and ensure availability for timely repairs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / NDT / HND qualified in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a related field

1- 2 years Proven experience in service management within the consumer electronic engineering, home appliances industry.

Exposure Experience working with ERP team & service-related system integrations.

Time Management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
