HR Executive – Payroll

Job Role:

• Process employee payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Address overtime issues and working hours anomalies with section heads and managers on a weekly basis.

• Handle employee concerns on an ongoing basis.

• Handle payroll for 200 persons in multiple locations.

• Be involved in employee recruitment and on boarding of new employees.

• Contribute to the build up of a motivated group of over 200 persons.

• Ensuring employee documentation is complete.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional Qualifications in Human Resource Management or a degree in HR.

• Familiarity with Labor Laws and Payroll Laws.

• A minimum of three years experience in handling payroll in a computerized environment with more than 300 employees in multiple locations.

• Good HR and People Management Skills.

• Accounting Qualifications would be an added advantage.
