Manager / Assistant Manager — Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to guide strategic business decisions
• Ensure seamless integration of network components to meet business requirements
• Provide troubleshoot technical issues, and offer timely technical support.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and oversee data backup processes.
• Required skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
• Five or more years of experience in IT management.
• Profound knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
