Senior Executive – Freight & Logistics

SENIOR EXECUTIVE – FREIGHT & LOGISTICS
Your role will involve,

• Handling outbound logistical operations, comply to rules/ regulations and prepare all the relevant documents promptly to ensure the smooth delivery goods to the customer.
• Coordinate with internal departments. efficient and timely delivery of the product samples to the customer.
• Coordinate with all logistics service providers to receive all freight invoices on gime and to ensure payment is processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and timely reconis of all shipment details and relevant paymen, for the provision of monthly reports to the Management.
• Maintain timely records related to shipment deliveries by tracking and monitoring the movement of the shipment online.
• Investigate issues and to effectively use problem-solving tools and techniques to eliminate the root cause the identified problem, to thereby meet organizational requirements in a cost-effective, manner.
  
• You should have,
• Final year Undergraduate in B.Sc in Logistics & Transport Management/Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
• Good communication in skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
