- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage licenses.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and oversee maintenance.
- Handle financial/legal duties pertaining to administration.
- Organize employee accommodations and manage documentation.
- Coordinate facility management tasks, including repairs and security.
- Implement fire safety protocols and maintain asset registry.
- Manage postal mail distribution and communication.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by management.
- Candidate Profile
- A male below 35 years.
- Higher Educational Qualifications in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience, 5 years minimum in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
