Receptionist / Admin Assistant
JOB ROLE
• Perform Key reception Functions (Answering and transferring calls to relevant departments, making appointments, handling customer requests, etc.)
• Type and prepare a variety of written documents (Letters, Notices, etc.)
• Maintain various departments’ records and files
• Perform routine bookkeeping work
• Sort and distribute incoming emails to relevant parties in the office and prepare outgoing emails
• Properly maintain and process various incoming and outgoing documents
• Handle the admin work under the supervision of the operations manager
• Perform related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
•Completed a diploma in English or relevant academic background
• Fluency in Sinhala and English. (Fluency in Tamil will be a definite advantage)
• 1 to 2 years experience in the same field in a reputed organization
• Thorough knowledge of MS – office and Email Writing
• Age below 35 years
