Product Manager (Business Analysis)

Responsibilities:
1. Gathering information about the market and analysing the needs of customers

2. Defining the fields of prospective production and business activities on the basis of market research

3. Evaluating the analysis results, designing market segments, short-term and long-term plans.

4. Define product sets and product functions

5. Participation in user experience of products

6. Introducing production requirement to tech team

7. Co-work with tech team in an agile team as a product consultant/owner

8. Providing recommendations for the future strategy

Requirement
1 Skills and experience on market analysis, competitive product analysis and business analysis

2 Adept in understanding business models, digging and discovering potential business value points

3 Capability and experience in product function design and optimization

4 Capability and experience in basic user expenence analysis and improvement

5 Capability and experience in continuous smooth product optimization and evolution

6 BS in business, software, information or similar field, or equal related experience

7 Fluent English (written and spoken)

8 Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) is a big plus but not have to be required

9 Experience in agile team is a plus

10 Experience in design wallet products is a big plus
