We are Hiring Executive Trainer

The ideal candidate should possess the following

Requirements
• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in training.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint)

• Fluent in English & Tamil or Sinhala

Accountabilities
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.

• Schedule and conduct appropriate training sessions.

• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

• Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

• Train and guide new employees as necessary.
