RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing and Configuring software, hardware and network

• Troubleshooting – software, hardware and network

• Sense of urgency in acknowledging & closing issues and service requests – tickets

• Support VOIP and CCTV

• Patch Management — OS, antivirus, firmware, etc. – regular patch updates

• Monitoring and Maintaining Computer Systems and Networks

• Managing IT Infrastructure — routers, switches, access points, printers, scanners, fingerprint devices, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Should have at least a six months Advanced Diploma in Systems / Hardware / Networking

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently
