Customer Service Officer (Contract Basis)
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Provide online real time customer service to customers while creating promoters by delivering a high level of Customer Service and Support.
EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTES:
✓ 4+ years’ experience in a Customer Service role
✓ Ability to effectively manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a high level of customer service & support
✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Attention to detail
✓ Excellent communication skills (English)
✓ Can-do and friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile ✓
Ability to work from 9.30am to 4.30pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (4am to 11am SL time)
If selected, you will be working remotely (work from home position) as a Customer Service Officer for a client based in Melbourne, Australia.
