Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountants / Accountants

We are looking for a highly motivated Individual who can work independently and is passionate for numbers to join our team for a Power & Energy company in the Middle East This position will be based in Sri Lanka. Our client Is a developer, Investor and operator of power generation and desalinated water plan. with assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries, with an Investment value In excess Billion.

Requirements

• Final level / member of CA Sri Lanka /CIMA/ACCA or Degree holder in commerce/Business Management/Finance from a reputed university.

• Have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity

• IFRS’s Working knowledge

• Experience working with reputed ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle and HEM is preferred

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability and willingness to work based on client calendar and working hours

• Fluency In English. both written and verbal

• Age between 25 – 35

• Willing to join In November / December 2022

Job Role:

• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

• Involve in all accounting operations including, A/R. A/P & et.

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes

• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

• Work closely with the Finance Manager / Financial Controller & client teams

• Assist In training of new staff
