Lecturer – Aged Care

Australasian Academy a leading Tertiary Education provider in the country is on the lookout for dynamic young individuals to fill the following vacancies in the faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing and Aged Care Australasian Academy is the first institution in the country to offer Australian qualifications in aged care and community

services in partnership with one of the leading institutions based in Melbourne, Australia.

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes and competencies :

• Bachelor degree in Nursing / Health Sciences from a recognized local or foreign university ( Australian Qualification preferred ) or Diploma in Nursing awarded by the Government Nursing School or recognized institution in Sri Lanka or overseas Certificate III in individual care
• Certificate IV in Aged care under Australian Qualification Framework from a recognized institution in Australia / New Zealand Relevant training
• Teaching experience of at least two to three years
• Candidate`s age should be over 23 years and below 60
• Experience in teaching, assessment and providing practical training in the individual care and aged care is a must.
