One of our prestigious Clients’ who is a leading UK-based “IT Company” is looking for competent “HR Associates” to join their team in Colombo immediately.

Qualification & Experience

• Age below 24 years. (Male)
• Partly qualified in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
• At least one year of experience working in a HR management role or similar.
• Proficient IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS-Office, Etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English.
• Ability to take challenges while being proactive and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work extended hours/days as per the requirement.
• Flexible to visit the Gampaha office whenever required.
