Administration Coordinator

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support for the Corporate Management
• Managing the schedule/calendar and all other coordination work
• Preparation and design of all related documents/formats such as TOR, Agreements, Minutes, Proposals, etc
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification relevant to the job role from a reputed university/institute is mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills is essential
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office package
• Expertise in corporate business principles and procedures.
