HEAD CHEF
We are looking for an experienced all round Chef to be the Head chef of our Beach Restaurant. Ideal candidate should have the ability to produce excellent high-quality food and team management skills.

He/she should have a very good experience in French, Italian and Mediterranean dishes, mainly seafood

Duties
. Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
. Being responsible for health and safety
. Being responsible for food hygiene practices
. Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality

Minium 2 years experience in a similar capacity
