VACANCY FOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Sino Lanka Power Gen is expanding its operations and is looking for a Procurement Executive to join its dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Obtain vendor’s quotations as per the technical and commercial specification.
• Assisting in the daily operational purchasing needs such as material planning, issuing, and following up with purchase order delivery.
• Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Coordinate with freight agent and clearing agent on import consignments.
• Manage warehousing and Inventory.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Inventory and timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Age between 25 — 35 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or Material Management is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in similar capacity
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge on ERP systems
• Fluent in English
