– Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
– Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our case management system.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing).
– Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
– Patient and able to handle customer issues in a professional manner.
– Capable of managing stressful situations.
– Salary Negotiable
– Working Hours: 08.30 AM – 05.30 PM
