EXECUTIVE – FINANCE & ADMIN

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly and annual budget forecasts.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Documentation for Audit / Tax on IRD RAMIS system.
  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Payroll Management.
  • Handle EPF/ETF.
  • Provide administrative support in record maintenance, purchases, attendance system, etc.

    Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related professional Qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Knowledge in Auditing and Taxation.
