Senior Solutions Developer (Robotic Process Automation)

The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager

The Senior Solutions Developer Robotic Process Automation will be responsible for

• Analyzing business processes, identityıng automation opportunities, and assessing automation feasibility
• Effort estimates, solution design, and technical documentation
• Solution implementation and maintenance
• Guiding and mentoring the junior team members
• Liaising with the Customers and other stakeholders

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Software Engineering. Computer Science, or the equivalent, with 3 to 4 years of experience in Automation, candidates with a QA background are encouraged to apply
• An in-depth understanding of RPA, IPA, SPA tools and their capabilities (UiPath, Work fusion, blue prism, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (Al)
• Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
• Scripting knowledge java, excel macros/VB Scripting, JavaScript, Per, Groovy)
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal communication skills and leadership skills
