We are looking for experienced, hardworking and positive minded persons to join with BENKEM HOLDING PVT LTD as the Assistant Manager — production and quality in Dolomite/Calcite Grinding factory at Kuruwita.

Job Description
– Preparation of monthly production plan and execute the same as field demand is met 100% on time

– Responsible and ensure the quality of final production.

– Process improvement which leads to cost leadership, production efficiency and quality improvement.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
– Sound knowledge in dolomite/Calcite/Feldspar powder production and quality control.

– Male candidates in age 30-50.

– Possess at least 2 years of experience in production management at the same field.
