Job Profile

• Liaise with Sourcing channel partners such as Recruitment Portals, Headhunters, Media, and Social Media in developing recruitment Communications and develop Application pipelines
• Shortlisting of Candidates in line with the internal Job Architecture and Job Profiles
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and setup Selection Assessments and execute the closure of candidate signup
• Execute the pre-joining / Onboarding formalities of the finalized Candidates and may contain relations with rejected candidates
• Create and maintain Tracking of Recruitment process-related information to evaluate the efficiency of the Recruitment Process
  and for decision making
• Ability to Manage the Recruitment and Selection process through the Human Resources Information System
• Plan and develop Recruitment Campaigns and communications to create a potential Recruitment pipeline and maintain Employer Branding

Person Profile

• Full or part qualification of Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources
• Having prior experience in Sourcing would be a definite advantage
• Ability to work with data, tracking, and systems
• Great relationship skills to portray the role of a Brand Ambassador for the Organization
