Manage communication with candidates through the recruitment process and be part of the employee onboarding process.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling HR related tasks such as writing job adverts, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office package is essential.
• Knowledge in Technical Recruitment and Headhunting is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a field related to HR or any other relevant discipline.
