Job Profile
The Customer Service Executive responsible for confidently and knowledgeably providing the full suite of DHL customer service offerings (e.g. booking, enquiries, shipment status, tracking etc.) to all parties contacting DHL via the customer service hotline and other contact modes.
Personal Profile
• Age below 22 years and school leavers can apply
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhalese
• Passed the GCE Ordinary Level
• Should be confident & Dynamic Team player
• Should be willing to work hard in a highly competitive work environment
