Key Responsibilities

• All operational & functional responsibilities related to gold loans
• Initiate and execute all business development activities of gold loan operations
• Maintaining a quality portfolio of gold loans
• Consistent focus on gold loan NPL controls

Key Attributes and Experience

• Successful completion of the G.C.E, A/ L examination
• Experience in the gold loan/pawning industry will be an added advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform in a challenging working environment
