Requirements

• Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject
• Excellent communication in English both Written and Verbal
• Excellent knowledge in IT related certification and documentation
• 01 — 02 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Citrix/ Linux/ windows-based systems.
• Knowledge of setting up physical server connections manually
• Configure devices such as printers, or set up ethernet switches-
• Experience in the administrating and performance tuning of firewalls (e.g., Pfsense, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Experience in Cloud, preferably in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and the security issues around storing data on the public cloud.
• Experience in virtualization and monitoring systems (e.g., Citrix, VMware, Hyper-Vb
• Experience in SQL and 11S will be an added advantage,
• Experience in Storage management (Samba, File Share, Azure Vault)
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN IPSec) SD-WAN, vLANi
• SD-branch, SASE, and understanding VPNs is a must
• Knowledge in Infrastructure Certifications will be an added advantage (ISO, SOC, PCI, DSS)
• Ability to issue secure passwords and manage active directory
• Should have dynamic and very good interpersonal skills
